Indonesia President Prabowo Subianto attended the BRICS proceedings after just having been featured as among the regional attendees at the Eastern Economic Forum meet hosted by Russia within the same week that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meetings had been convened by Kyrgyzstan3.
